Terms of Service

You retain 100% ownership of your original music and video content. Redwaves Digital acts strictly as your distribution and management partner. By joining, you grant us the non-exclusive right to distribute and monetize your content on your behalf.

Earnings are shared based on the agreed percentage (standard 50/50 split unless specified otherwise). Payouts are processed monthly, typically with a 45-day delay to allow for platform reporting (e.g., January earnings are paid in mid-March).

You guarantee that all content submitted is your original work or that you hold all necessary rights. Using copyrighted material from others without permission will lead to immediate account termination and potential legal action.

We protect your personal and analytical data with bank-grade encryption. We never share your financial records with third parties without your explicit consent. You are responsible for keeping your Portal access credentials secure.

If you wish to terminate your partnership, a written notice of 30 days is required. This ensures all distributions are correctly migrated or removed according to your preference without interrupting your revenue flow.
